2. Contact and property enquiries

Email buttons open your own email application. Once sent, your message reaches info@cordys.hu, which we manage in Microsoft 365. The website has no contact form.

We use the name, email address, telephone number, business contact details, message and attachments you provide to answer questions, discuss property requirements and prepare potential offers. Please provide only information needed for the enquiry and do not send special category personal data.

Steps requested by an individual before entering a contract may rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Business correspondence and other commercial enquiries may rely on the legitimate interest in communicating under Article 6(1)(f). The appropriate basis depends on the enquiry.

Closed enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for 6 months after closure and then deleted. Where a specific dispute or another substantiated retention reason exists, relevant records are kept separately for the necessary period. Separate rules apply to records relating to an actual contract.

3. Website operation

Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft. provides hosting. The server may log technical information such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser data for operation and security. The exact logging scope and retention period must be confirmed against the provider settings before launch.

Portfolio search and filtering run in your browser. The current website has no visitor registration, newsletter subscription or embedded map. Google Maps and partner websites load only when you follow their links; their own privacy terms then apply.

4. Service providers and transfers

Hosting: Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft.; contact: tarhely.eu/kapcsolat. Email: Microsoft 365, through the Microsoft entity and processors specified in the business subscription. Processing and security terms appear in the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum. The storage region and any international transfer arrangements applicable to the actual subscription are still being verified.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@cordys.hu. We normally respond within one month and explain any justified extension. You may complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority, NAIH, or seek a judicial remedy.
