Through innovative high-end robotics, Logicon Invest Magyarország Kft. is implementing a distinctive development by acquiring machines suitable for the robotic washing of automotive packaging. The investment is unique across Europe. Tirpák István, owner of Cordys Holding Vagyonkezelő Zrt. and Logicon Invest Magyarország Kft., and Zoltán Számel, managing director of Logicon Invest Magyarország Kft., answered questions about the equipment and operating processes.
“What other work can employees spend their time on as a result of the investment?”
Tirpák István: “Automation does not, of course, mean reducing the entire workforce, as there are and will continue to be tasks that require human resources.
Our aim with the investment was to increase capacity so that we could meet additional customer requirements, offering our services by reallocating the existing workforce. It is important to note that robots also need to be supported, so we can realign our activities by training existing employees.”
